RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at J831livin@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

If you receive the wrong item or size, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

PorLaFamiliaClothing is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
